What We Do

DSI handles the full building tear-down scope — from interior strip-out to structural demolition to final debris removal. We work with general contractors on ground-up demolition of commercial buildings, retail centers, warehouses, and residential structures.

Our equipment includes large-reach excavators for structural work and skid steers for interior clearing and material handling. When DSI finishes a tear-down, the pad is clean and ready for the next trade.

Common Questions
Do you handle debris removal after the tear-down?
Yes. Haul-off is included in the tear-down scope. DSI does not leave debris on site — the pad is clean when we leave.
Can you do selective demolition — remove part of a structure while leaving the rest?
Yes. DSI handles partial and phased demolition in coordination with your GC. We confirm the scope boundaries before any equipment goes near the structure.
Do you work directly under GC contract?
Yes. DSI operates under GC contract on commercial demolition scopes of all sizes. We coordinate directly with your project manager on sequencing and site access.
How do you handle dust suppression during tear-downs?
Water suppression is standard on all DSI building demolition work. We confirm suppression procedures with your GC before the first excavator swing.
