What We Do

Flat sawing is the core of what DSI does. Using walk-behind and ride-on diamond blade saws, we make straight, controlled cuts through concrete slabs, floors, asphalt, and flatwork — indoors or out, on any thickness. The cuts are clean, the edges are square, and the surrounding structure stays intact.

Common Questions
Do you saw cut indoors?
Yes. DSI runs flat saws on interior floors including warehouse slabs and TI scopes. We use wet cutting to control dust and protect adjacent finishes.
Can you cut around existing utilities?
Yes. Utility locations are confirmed with your GC before any cut starts. We work within the marked boundaries and stop short of any flagged zone.
What concrete types can you cut?
Reinforced slab, post-tension, asphalt, and masonry. Confirm your slab type and required depth when you call — we'll bring the right blade setup.
Do you coordinate with the general contractor on scheduling?
Yes. DSI works directly under GC scheduling. We arrive when the slab is ready and clear the site when we're done, without creating delays for the next trade.
